Most of my life, I wore clothes that were too small for me: tight zippers, breath-holding, skipped dinners. After two babies and a biomechanics degree, I see fashion differently. From corsets to high heels, we’ve shaped our bodies to fit beauty standards that ignore how our organs, muscles, and posture actually work. What we wear affects how we move, breathe, and feel.
